HR Peer Group and Forum

The IBA hosts an HR Peer Group exclusively for member bank Human Resources professionals. Peer Group participants share questions, challenges, answers and feedback via listserve in this active, real-time online forum. The group also holds periodic HR Forums for in-person updates and discussions.

IBA/ILFI Bank Compensation & Benefits Survey

The survey results include annual compensation and non-cash compensation and other benefits such as sick leave, vacation time, bonus information, directors' compensation and benefits.

Training

Bank members attend our human resources educational programs and send their managers to supervisory & leadership training. Many of our members bring us on-site to their banks to train a group of employees together.

Affirmative Action Services

Most banks are required to conduct an Affirmative Action Plan annually and have it on file in case of an audit. The Management Association is proud to offer this service to hundreds of employers each year. Members of the Association are entitled to a 30% discount on our AAP services.
