She began her career at First National Bank of Omaha where she led teams in both sales and operations. While there she gained extensive experience in dispute processing, product value analysis, strategy development, consultative customer diagnostics, and market penetration. Hernandez subsequently worked at Northwest Financial Corporation where she was a member of its executive team and developed diagnostics and strategy development tools in the areas of human resources, retail pricing, treasury services, and wealth management. Hileman, JoeJoseph Hileman is a retired detective with the Jaffrey (New Hampshire) Police Department where he served for 11 years. He is the assistant team commander of the Monadnock Regional Special Response Team. Prior to his career in law enforcement, Hileman was a security supervisor for a Fortune 500 company’s proprietary security department. He holds degrees in criminal justice - law enforcement and criminal justice - corrections, probation, and parole.

Hyche, JohnJohn Hyche, senior vice president at Level5, works directly with clients to understand their challenges and goals. He then guides his team in applying various research and analytical tools – including “feet on the street” research – to define the best strategies to support the client’s objectives. These engagements focus on bringing extensive information, analysis and experience to bear on the issues Level5’s clients face.
