Kamphoff, CindraCindra Kamphoff is a high-performance coach helping individuals master their mindset. She received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in sport and performance psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is a leader in her field, serving three years on the executive board of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Her dissertation received the 2006 NASPE Sport and Exercise Psychology Academy Dissertation Award. Kamphoff is a professor and directs the sport and performance psychology graduate program at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and a Certified Well Coach©. Kamphoff has more than 16 years of experience with high performance work and has coached numerous elite, Olympic, college, and high school athletes and teams. Among her clients are the Minnesota Vikings. Her first book, Beyond Grit: Ten Powerful Practices to Gain the High Performance Edge, is an Amazon bestseller. Kamphoff is founder of the High Performance Mindset podcast available on iTunes, iHeartRadio and Stitcher Radio, and her work has appeared in The New York Times, ESPN The Magazine, The Huffington Post and USA Today.
Maffei, MaureenMaureen A. Maffei is an attorney in Ice Miller’s Labor, Employment and Immigration Group, where she routinely counsels employers regarding employee handbooks, employee contracts, separation agreements, FLMA, FLSA, and general personnel issues, including employee investigations and best practices audits. Maffei has represented private employers in matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Labor, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Human Rights Commission and the Illinois Department of Employment Security. She has experience in federal and state court, as well as various federal and state administrative agencies. Maffei also handles breach of contract matters, landlord tenant disputes, collection proceedings, representing clients dealing with these sorts of claims in court, mediation and arbitration proceedings. In addition, she handles probate administration and assists clients with post-decree matters when needed. Maffei received her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago and is a member of the Illinois State Bar, as well as a member of the following Federal Bars: Northern District of Illinois, Northern District of Indiana, Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the District of Colorado.
