
The Illinois Bankers Association is pleased to offer the Future Leaders Alliance (FLA), an innovative leadership program designed to specifically advance the development of your financial institution's future leaders.
Apply to be a member of this leadership program created to enhance your leadership skills while making an impact within your financial institution and community. The FLA offers you a new direction with intensive courses and networking activities to give you the tools required to lead your financial institution in the future.
The FLA offers an exciting and well-balanced slate of activities and challenges for program participants with three primary components: education, community service and networking.
Future Leaders Alliance Program: Personal Assessment Tool; Six required sessions; two elective courses; Community service; Networking events and Future Leaders Alliance certificate.

FLA Scholarship
Four $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to individuals for the class beginning in July 2010. The $1,000 will be applied to the $1,495 registration fee with the participant or respective institution responsible for the $495 balance. Preference will be given to those demonstrating financial need. More
