Conference registration includes admission to all general sessions, receptions, official conference meal functions, workshop sessions and exhibit area.

Dress Code: Casual business attire is appropriate during the Conference and
throughout the resort; however, the final evening’s celebration is semi-formal. We also suggest that you bring a sweater or light jacket into the meeting rooms.

On Site Registration: Any registration onsite must be paid at the time of registration. No invoices will be issued.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing, via fax, mail or e-mail to jclark@ilbanker.com no later than 5 p.m., May 26, 2008, to qualify for a refund. An administrative fee of $150 per cancelled registration will be assessed. Substitutions are always permitted. Cancellations after
May 26, 2008, and no-shows will not qualify for a refund of registration fees. Registrant is responsible for cancelling hotel reservations.
