Experience with industry accepted loan policy standards, credit administration practices and regulatory requirements. Solid ability to apply loan risk rating systems to categorize the definitions or those used by our clients. Ability to commute to client locations with some overnight travel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Above average degree of expertise needed with Excel spreadsheet software. Strong analytical skills. Must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality. Must set high standards for both personal and team productivity while meeting client deadlines.
