• Chicago Area Chapter - This annual event is held exclusively for Illinois bankers to learn the latest in industry trends. It begins with a delicious breakfast followed by a brief business meeting and legislative update. • Federation Events – Several Illinois local federations exist throughout the state. These events provide local networking for area bankers and often a speaker addressing a local issue. • Springfield Lobby Day - Springfield Lobby Day allows bankers to interact with regulators and lawmakers on critically important banking issues. • Washington Visit - Each year the IBA organizes a three-day fly-in to Washington, D.C. to meet with federal regulators, Illinois' Congressional delegation, and key legislative and federal agency staff.
